I’m Jess, the designer & creative soul behind this little studio. After freelancing and blogging under a different name for over 6 years (and stepping away all together), I finally felt ready to try again! I re-launched as Union Shore in early 2017 because I was missing that creative energy and wanted to design again - especially art & lifestyle products. My work is inspired by nature, the ocean and my love for simple, modern design.

While my roots will always be in Buffalo, I now call coastal North Carolina home. I’m always happiest and inspired by the water… it just soothes my soul! When I'm not designing or at the beach, you can usually find me browsing antique shops, baking up something sweet or just spending time with my husband and crazy pup!
